What kind of houses would you expect in a community devoted to active outdoor lifestyles? The architecture here is intended to blend with the natural surroundings, using appropriate materials and colors. Many home designs will marry indoor and outdoor spaces, creating living areas that bring the outdoors in, and vice versa.

While individual homes will have their own personalities, unifying elements will give the streetscapes a harmonious feel. Architectural controls will ensure that homes are complementary without being monotonous. In fact, in many areas, homes with diverse price points will be sprinkled throughout the neighborhood, rather than clustered together, to encourage diversity.

Crosland knows a thing or two about homebuilding - for decades, that is what our reputation was built upon. While we no longer build single-family homes ourselves, we still thoroughly know the business, and we have been highly selective in which local and national builders we've invited to WhitewaterTM. Only the best builders were offered the opportunity to learn about WhitewaterTM, then each had to submit to a rigorous proposal process. We are currently finalizing our initial builder selections.
